Estimating

We do material take-offs and estimating from blueprints to ensure we calculate the cost of your project completely and accurately so that there are no surprises. Detailed quotes are provided by trade and are further broken down by unit and building types. Additionally, all fire and safety codes, as well as ADA requirements and USPS guidelines, are considered. Electronic submittals, inclusive of rough opening dimensions, are available to make sure the products ordered meet the specifications provided.

Purchasing and Distribution

Our meticulous attention to project management results in your materials arriving on time and in the quantities needed—ensuring your project stays on schedule. Field measurements are taken prior to placing product orders so that items, such as ventilated shelving, blinds, toilet partitions and shower enclosures, fit properly upon arrival. Also, items to be installed at a later time are stored in our warehouse and brought to the site at the time of installation—keeping them safe and eliminating the need for on-site storage at your job site.

Installation

Installation of hardware and specialty items is one of the last steps in the construction phase, and is vital in determining the perceived value of your finished project. You will find our installers to be experienced, detail-oriented, neat and reliable. Additionally, our field supervisors verify that the installation is done up to McCarthy standards—which are those that reflect your high standards.

We offer complete keying services for door hardware to make sure that all doors are keyed according to plan.

Account Management
